Workshop topics can include:
- Get a Laughter Boost: Laughter yoga has been proven to reduce stress and increase health. It combines simple yogic breathing with easy laughter exercises. A great teambuilding activity, laughter yoga increases individual and group effectiveness in organizations and businesses. Your group will leave energized and relaxed, allowing motivation and cooperation to naturally flow!
- De-stressing in everyday life: Imagine people in your business or organization going through the day with less stress and more ease. Problems will get solved more quickly and easily. Your group will leave this workshop practical ideas and practices to deal proactively with stress at work and home. With more ease, people work more effectively, both individually and together.

Laughing with others is priceless:
The Oakland Lifefire Laughter Club is $15 ($10- $20 sliding scale)
This fee covers the room rental and other costs.
Willingness to laugh and connect with other people are all thats required. We will do some simple yogic breathing combined with easy and playful laughter exercises.
Please wear loose comfortable clothes for easier laughing.
