About Laughter Yoga

WHAT IS LAUGHTER YOGA?

Laughter Yoga is a healing modality about creating good health, a lighter approach to life, and building community and peace through laughter.

Through a blend of movement, breathing, and intentional laughter exercises, the practice of Laughter Yoga taps into the mind-body connection, relieves stress, and invites positivity and humor into our everyday lives.

WHAT ARE LAUGHTER CLUBS?

Laughter Yoga and Laughter Clubs were created by Dr. Kataria, MD and Madhuri Kataria in India. Laughter Clubs are fully independent, not-for-profit, non-political, non-religious and community-based associations of diverse people where all are welcome regardless of gender, age, physical abilities, social or economic backgrounds.
