Lightening Up About Growing Older

Sunday, Oct 27, 2019

2:30 – 5:30 pm

Worried about aging?

Do you ask yourself questions like:

Will I be healthy? Attractive?

How do I take care of myself and my aging relatives?

Will I have enough money?
Will I feel connected? Have purpose?

Am I ready to face death with grace?
And what's happening to my body and memory? YIKES!

Join us for this playful workshop where we will explore these life changes with a sense of humor, compassion and adventure!

We will learn fun and useful tools to help embrace aging and create a vision for the next chapter of our lives through:

  • Laughter Yoga

  • Deep Breathing/Meditation

  • Journaling

  • InterPlay/Healing Movement

  • Guided Visualization
    and more!

Come to Laugh, Heal, Move and Transform!

"This was a brilliant idea for a workshop! I feel lighter not just about my own aging, but my parents as well. I always thought I didn’t have feelings about my own aging, but now I realize I do. What a relief to be honest with myself."

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

"Sharing my journey with other playful seekers who wish to add more meaning to life helped to expand my positive view of the aging process.Your program not only helped deepen my compassion for others, but has helped me to feel more compassion for myself. This is what I am continuing to practice in my life."

 - Jeannette Logan, Youthful Hearts, Fitness Classes for over 50

"Annie did such a great job in dealing with a topic that is almost taboo in our society. It was liberating finding the humor in it and to laugh. Talking so openly about aging and growing older made me feel more understanding and compassionate towards others and myself. It helped me to see it more from the humorous side. Annie’s leadership style made me feel at ease at the very beginning. Her laughter and kindness were shining through."
